Nevada Prostitution Laws
The state of Nevada specifically states in NRS 201.354 that prostitution and solicitation of the same is illegal. The potential penalties include:

- Up to six months in the county jail
- A fine of up to $1,000
- Soliciting a Child for Prostitution (class E felony):
- Between one and four years in prison
- A fine of up to $5,000
